RREDPL has developed Fluidized Bed HAG system for Spray Dryer, which is more efficient, more economically viable and fully PLC based programmable Control Automatic System with precise temperature control up to ± 2 ºC and you can utilized various agriculture waste like groundnut shell, various husk and coal dust.
The system comprises of fluidized bed furnace, nozzles, chambers for ash settling, ash removal mechanisms, cyclones, fuel feeding devices, hoppers, elevator, fluidization air blower, pneumatic fuel feeding blower, instrumentation & control equipments, operation panel board, motors & electrical components.
